First - yes, you can completely shed your pain bodies. It's relatively easy to do. Mostly you just have to decide you want them out.
In Shamanism, they have the concept of 'entities', dark beings that co-inhabit us, & influence or control our behaviour. That's basically the same thing. It's possible, for example, to reach into someone & just pull these out (I've done it, but it's a bit hard to explain for general use, so haven't mentioned it here. I like to keep this blog "here's how you can do this"). Failing that, just releasing/letting go of the reaction as you feel it - if you let go of it completely, then voila, it's gone. Next time someone else's pain body plays up, you'll feel zero reaction inside you, ergo, no pain body there. It's gone.
Secondly, a bliss body? Ahh, Jim YOU ARE a bliss body. That's your natural state of being. Our higher selves, the true us, the soul/energy part of our being (not just the meatsack), that's bliss, pure bliss. And peace. And joy. And puppies (I'm sure).
It's already here. We just cover it up in crap. The more of that we let go of (heal, meditate away, whatever), the more you can see the bliss.
Re NOT saying things, I'd recommend the same approach. Whenever you feel that feeling welling up inside you, release it, & keep releasing it. It'll have the same effect - lessen then completely heal the pain body, allowing you to more truly be you.
